They have also accused the governor's office itself of discriminating, pointing to some statisitic that women are only paid about 88% of what men are bringing in for the same work. I seen it myself. They were actually laughing and giggling about like they thought it was funny. I can't remember who it was. Maybe it was Alex Wagner or The Cycle. I haven't been able to find anything about it online. It's also been reported on Fox News just today that the Obama white house also is guilty of a gender pay gap with women making only about 87% of what men make for the same work. Somehow I don't think your going to see those who attacked Perry on MSNBC having anything to say about Obama's white house. Nor will you find anyone else in the media holding Obama accountable for the pay gap at the whitehouse.
Keep in mind many believe there are reasons for these pay gaps that don't necessarily involve descrimination. But not Obama. He has been railing on about it, accusing republicans of having a war on women. Is it too much to ask for a little bit of even handedness, say from CNN, since they have been so big on talking about republican problems with women.
