Buffalo Wings, Panera Bread, and a Smashburger!

I've been checking out the local blogs and it seems the majority of people are upset.  Some about the traffic, some about the choice of business.  Buffalo Wings seems like a fun place.  Panera Bread's are pretty cool but there is an Atlanta Bread right across the street. Some people are upset about Buffalo Wings because there is one in Bricktown. I'll probably stay away from Smashburger.

Cracker Barrel a definite! Need to do something with the roads around there to make anything more accessible, especially at rush hour!

I would love to see a IMAX movie theater in the center space! Closest one is either Atlantic City, Philadelphia, or New Brunswick!!!

They don't need another pad site on that property. It was poorly laid out as it was with the entrance on Route 37 constructed past the Spirits Liquors. What they really need to do is demolish or reconfigure that old furniture store at the corner of Fischer and Route 37 so it can be rented out and not continue to look like the moldy eyesore that it is now.

Any commercial development helps offset residential property taxes. If a company wants to build a store in a town they aquire the property that best suits their needs and they build it and with luck its successful and better yet it grows, creating jobs not only for their workers but the manufacturers, suppliers ect.making more customers and so on and on. When over regulation happens it all stops. And sadly that's what has happened in this country. So when a store wants to be built I'm glad. It breaks the cycle of depression. We need more.

I agree with Lulu.Knock down that moldy mess and put something there. Anything would be better than what's there now!!!
